1. Overview

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SpeakForce web application ("Service") operated by SpeakForce ("Company", "we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The Company operates under the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.

2. Description of Service

SpeakForce is an AI-powered voice conversation practice application for language learning. The Service includes:

• Voice conversation practice in foreign languages
• Real-time grammar and vocabulary feedback integrated into conversations
• Role-play with real-world scenarios
• Web search-enhanced conversations
• "What to Say" guidance button to keep conversations flowing
• End-of-session analysis reports
• Personal progress tracking and improvement graphs

3. Account Registration and Security

To use the Service, you must create an account via Google, Apple, or Reddit OAuth authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under it.

4. Pricing and Payment

SpeakForce is a paid service. The following conditions apply:

• Payments are processed securely through Polar.sh.
• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually), depending on the selected plan.
• Prices are displayed on our website and may be updated from time to time. Any changes will not affect active subscription periods and will apply from the next billing cycle.
• All billing information, including payment methods, is handled by Polar.sh. SpeakForce does not store or process payment details.

Subscription Cancellation:

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or via Polar.sh.
• Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
• No further charges will be applied after the current billing cycle ends.

5. Acceptable Use

By using the Service, you agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Not produce content that violates the rights of others
• Not use automated tools or bots to interact with the Service
• Not attempt to compromise or damage the Service's infrastructure
• Not attempt to access other users' data

Violations may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account.

6. Intellectual Property

The SpeakForce brand, logo, application design, and content are owned by the Company. Users may not copy, distribute, or commercially use this content without prior written permission.

Content generated by users within the application (such as conversation transcripts) belongs to the user. However, the Company may process this content in an anonymized and aggregated form to improve the Service.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

SpeakForce is a language learning tool and does not guarantee that users will achieve any particular level of language proficiency. The Service is provided "as is."

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company's liability is limited to the subscription fees paid by the user.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Users will be notified by email in the case of significant changes. Continued use of the Service after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any disputes arising between the parties shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices.
